Quick and dirty Deathwing list I made 15 minutes ago to try out, has a libby in it for psychic defence but I'm unsure if I'm going to change it for an Interrogator Chappy to stick to Belial's unit.
Basically Belial and his unit with the Apoth and the Libby's unit start in the LRCs and the other 3 squads Deathwing Assault onto the table. Simples.

You might not even need the Land Raiders. Sure they offer some better protection but they die to Melta and pretty much any other viable weapon much more easily than your Termies do. Just teleport in close, use those other points for MM speeders/combi-meltas if applicable (for anti-Land Raider) and Apothecary upgrades (if you can do that... don't have a copy of the DA codex... yet!), get another DW squad and you should be in business. 30 fearless scoring FNP TH/SS termies firing 12 rockets per turn at 6 targets is NASTY. Just focus on the AP 1/2 weapons first and laugh off everything else.

Unfortunately Max you can only have the one apoth, which is a pain in the ass, but I think you have a point about the Crusaders. An idea might be to throw in a Ravenwing contingeant which adds in teleport homers (yeah, teleport homers on bikes that can scout). We'll see what I can throw together and playtest and I'll be sure to publish the results.
