I love all the guys who are featured this week, some have really informative pieces that helped me with my vast ignorance of things in general, some made me laugh, some made me cry, some even made me want to get drunk and sky dive naked with a large hippo
.....yeah I know....
1) Warriors of Chaos Guide by Archnomad: Skavenblight
I know Archy pretty well IRL. Ahh Billy, he is a mad Warhammer rocketship of doom and awesome. an article I've discussed with him previously, he finally got round to publishing it; this is an -as yet- two part guide taking us through the basics of building a WoC list for 8th Edition, steering away from the old "strike first, strike hard" mentallity from 7th Ed. I found these articles extremely useful, having a WoC army myself -or well...the beginnings of one- that hasn't seen the light of day for about 8 months. He's inspired me (once again) to put on a suit and a wizard's hat and play some square based fun!
-even if Archy sucks at life...-

2) Weekly Whimsy: Dice by Loquacious: World of Wonder
Now, for those of you who don't know already, I friggin' love Loquacious's blog. It's extremely well written, provides some cracking insights into the -insane?- mind of a girl gamer and most of all it really makes me laugh at times -girl's sense of humour is right on the mark- The latest in a line of excelent Weekly Whimsy articles deals with the gamer's bestest friend on the whole wide world -no...not new Battlestar porn- DICE! Big ones, small ones, onces as big as your head -and Rainbow Ninjas....pretty awesome I think you'll agree.

3) Oath of the Spectres by Dryw: Rust, Dust & Ceramite
I just recently discovered Dryw's blog and so far I'm actually really enjoying it. Showing some good progress with his Spectres army the piece that really sparked my interest this week was the "Oath" of the Spectres. Now I loves me a bit or RP/fluff and this was a juicy little beast I had to share. Just an idea more than an article- dealing with the last days of the Heresy and the Battle of Terra. What if it isn't the Emperor on the Golden Throne, but the Warmaster himself bound within the shakles of the Throne. Could the Age of Imperium be the ultimate victory of Chaos?
